As a Salesforce Delivery Manager you will be a senior member of our core Salesforce delivery team focused on managing the delivery of Salesforce implementations for our Clients. As a critical member of the project team, you will work on many of Salesforce's products from Sales and Service to Communities, Platform and Marketing Clouds -- an opportunity to have a major impact on our Client's businesses. Further, you will be accountable for managing projects from inception through implementation.
As a Salesforce Delivery Manager, you will report to the VP of Project Delivery and lead a core project team that is responsible for a portfolio of projects. You’ll be accountable for full project delivery and executing SMBHD’s project management processes. You'll also be accountable for leading a pod of delivery resources and working to ensure successful delivery of the entire pod. You will have the opportunity to continue to learn the ins and outs of Salesforce and have an opportunity to work with many different types of businesses.
You Will:
- Manage multiple projects and ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce for multiple clients.
- Execute all SMBHD project processes, including budget management, resource management, and ensuring the completion of all project deliverables.
- Coordinate and assign work to resources within your pod to ensure optimal workload distribution and successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships directly interfacing with Clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Lead regular project standups.
- Identify areas for improvement and help ensure continuous improvement across the organization.
- Coach and mentor team members.
You Have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or related field.
- 2+ years managing multiple Salesforce implementations from initiation through completion.
- 4+ managing software development projects.
- 3+ years configuring and configuring Salesforce.
- 2+ Salesforce certifications.
- Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including: MVC architecture, reporting, and automation and flows.
- Exceptional analysis skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
